2006

With the accumulated experience as part of the Microsoft Portugal team and after selling his stake in Factor Digital, a consultancy that he co-founded, Hugo Silva founded Evidensys with the aim of combining technological and business consulting with bespoke development, and to UI/UX creation. Evidensys quickly added multinational companies such as Microsoft, SAP, WURTH to its portfolio of Clients, as well as leading companies in Portugal such as Priberam, Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, or Hotéis Dom Pedro, among many others.

2012

With a greater scope in its services, which extended from consultancy to digital marketing services, Evidensys carried out the spin-off of its Clínica do Site brand, creating RGB Spaces, which now owns the brand and expands these services, creating the first online store of digital marketing services in Portugal. With this spin-off, Evidensys has focused on its initial mission: to make business software not only more efficient, but also more intuitive. Several processes were designed and implemented with the aim of bringing users into software design decisions. Our offer now includes a fully customizable CRM platform, especially geared towards managing telemarketing campaigns.

2020

In 2020, Evidensys took several strategic decisions with the aim of broadening its horizons: we became a remote-first company, we formalized our platform offer, with the CRM Campaigns Platform, the Timetracking and Productivity Platform, and the Project Digitalization Platform . With projects based on platforms, we are able to offer more robust and tested solutions, in a more agile way, and at a lower cost for our Customers. We continued to add Clients such as VASP, Zagope, Ambiléxico and JML & Associados, among many others.

Our Web and mobile solutions continue to be developed on the basis of proven processes that allow us to increasingly ensure greater quality and efficiency in line with the objectives defined by Customers. Always focusing on our initial mission: to make work more enjoyable and productive through business software designed with users in mind.
